Highlights of the 2025 When Faith Meets Pedagogy conference Our theme is Stewards of Hope: Sharing our Time, Talent and Treasure We are proud of our WFMP theme for this 2025 conference entitled: "Stewards of Hope: Sharing our Time, Talent and Treasure." Being 'Stewards of Hope' is a way of life. It is a way of bringing God into the centre of our daily life. The roots of stewardship can be found in our biblical tradition which reveals our relationship to God and giver of all gifts. To be a steward means that we are not owners of these gifts but, rather, grateful caretakers. As servants, we are accountable for our use of these gifts. Our resources must be used to reach out to others, and build God's kingdom of love, justice and peace. As we gather together as 'Stewards of Hope', we are called to give generously of our time, talent, and treasure, and to be joyfully engaged in discipleship in our school communities and wider community. "As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace." Diagnosed initially with muscular dystrophy and later correctly with Spinal muscular atrophy with lower extremity predominance (SMA-LED), Danielle's personal journey fuels her advocacy for disability rights and her mission to empower individuals to discover their "gold medal moments" and uncover their strengths and achieve personal success. With a blend of humour, profound insights, and a genuine passion for greatness, Danielle captivates audiences, leaving a lasting impression as she encourages others to embrace resilience and unlock their full potential.

Paul Magyar, OCY Lead By The Gospel: A Catholic Understanding Our Vision & Mission Our vision is to guide youth and young adults, to Encounter, Love and Serve Jesus Christ. To see young people transformed into Christian leaders who know Christ, have a growing relationship with Him, and are empowered to evangelize, gather, catechize and send forth. Our mission is to cultivate relationships and support those who minister to young people within the Archdiocese of Toronto. We achieve this by providing consulting, training and resources at a local parish level, and host diocesan-wide conferences, camps and retreats.
