Drawing on classical philosophy, Christian spirituality and personal examples, the Wisdom Project is a series of short videos which help students to become aware of their own experience; to understand it and to reflect on what they might want to do differently in the future.
Although firmly based in centuries-old traditions, the Wisdom Project focuses on personal transformation of students from passively muddling through life to actively experiencing, understanding and choosing who they want to become. Topics covered include: Who Am I?; The Primal Emotions of Anger and Fear; Getting Along with Others and What to Do When You Can’t; and What is Philosophy?
