 The Catholic Curriculum Maps Grade K-8 is a rich resource which helps teachers plan and implement a distinctive Catholic curriculum. Mandated to teach the provincial curriculum, Catholic teachers use the CCC Curriculum Maps to help them make the Catholic content visible. A Catholic Theme and Essential Questions identified from the Religious Education and Family Life Education programs help to provide the Catholic lens by which all other subject areas can be viewed in light of the Catholic social teachings. The Maps are a rich planning tool for Catholic teachers and a guide for student reflection and response.
