Catholic Curriculum Maps Foundational Support for Catholic Teachers

Descriptor:  
 Halton Catholic District School Board generously has shared the work done in the development of the Catholic Curriculum Core Maps Grade 9-12. This is a continuation of the Core Maps developed with the CCC for the elementary panel.

Mandated to teach the provincial curriculum, Catholic teachers use the CCC Curriculum Maps to help them make the Catholic content visible.

A Catholic Theme and Essential Questions for each grade help to provide the Catholic lens by which all other subject areas can be viewed in light of the Catholic social teachings. The Maps are a rich planning tool for Catholic teachers and a guide for student reflection and response.
